Trial of the Georgian citizen Imeda Otarashvili accused of deliberate murder started in Court of Grave Crimes. Rauf Aliyev, lawyer presided over the trial. Imeda Otarashvili (20) killed his counterpart Gogite Kosiashvili owing to conflit between them. The case took place in Gakh region on July 4, 2008. I.Otarashvili went home after the wedding party, took a knife and stabbed G.Kosiashvili due to the argument they had in the party.

I.Otarashvili is accused of Article 120.1 (deliberate murder) and Article 228.4 (illegal purchase, selling or carrying of gas weapon, cold steel, including throwing weapon) Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic. Trial will be held on October 17.
