Armenians use total means of war against Azerbaijan. The fact that Armenians are poisoning Tartar River of Azerbaijan as well as destroy the Armenian occupied Azerbaijani areas is marked as total means of war in the 7-year report of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan. The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyn Baghirov stressed Sarsang as well as other water resevoirs of Azerbaijan are poisoned by Armenia from hostile view. "They open the water reservoir in winter to cause a flood on the Azerbaijani lands and they close it in summer when the population needs water. This is nothing than a way of hostility. Damaging the nature is a component of war”, emphasized Baghirov. H.Baghirov also told Armenians continue causing damage to natural resources of Azerbaijan in this stage of the war.

“Armenia is not sure that they are owners of Azerbaijani lands under Aremnian occupation. This is why they use all methods to destroy natural resources of Azerbaijan. Tartar River water is banned for use along the riverside areas due to Armenians shed toxic agents into the river. Presently 90 per cent of the river water is unfit for use. Armenians shed slops from Sarsang and other reservoirs into Tartar River. Remind that, Sarsang water reservoir was built to irrigate the lands of Aran and Lower Qarabaq.
