IV session of the Islamic Conference of Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research “Bringing Change through Scientific Youth Force” started at the Baku`s Gulistan Palace today. Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Researches including 200 officials and representatives from 41 countries took part in the conference.

“ISESCO recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and hopes the conflict will be regulated soon”, Director General of ISESCO Dr. Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri told at the conference. To him, the issue on Daqliq Qarabaq conflict can be entered the final resolution of the conference if Azerbaijani government recommends. “We support Azerbaijani government on Daqliq Qarabaq conflict and believe Azerbaijan we restore its territorial integrity. And solidarity of Islam countries is the key goal of establishment of ICO”, he emphasized.

The Director General of ISESCO called to pay special attention to development of education and science in Islam countries. He stressed the necessity of application of information technologies in the educational sphere as well.     

The conference will finish on October 7.
