President lham Aliyev has signed an executive order today. The order envisages the State Program on Development of Library and Information during 2008-2013 in the Azerbaijan Republic. The program aims at improvement of the work of libraries, providing the community with more information and helping Azerbaijani libraries join the world information network.

Cabinet of Ministries of Azerbaijan Republic will execute the issues arising from the Order.
