UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon supposes Russia recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia may hamper UN security Council's efforts  for settlement of situation, Reuters reports. Ban Ki-Moon says current developments may yield a wide range of bad results for security and stability in the Caucasus. UN Secretary General regrets that the efforts for finding a breakthrough in the crisis can become difficult.
