Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued on Tuesday the next decree of pardon. The decree concerns 96 people in total.

There are Rasim Akbarov, former battalion commander and National Hero, Aleksandr Umnyashkin, former department head of the Ministry of Health, Bayram Guliyev, nephew of ex-speaker Rasul Guliyev and others among the pardoned people./ANS PRESS/
