Price growth observed in nonresidential areas of Baku
USD 400 000 – the most expensive price of 1 hundred sq.m land plot, and USD 500 – the cheapest price of 1 hundred sq.m land plot are suggested in the markets nowadays.
Price growth is observed in nonresidential areas of Baku. USD 400 000 – the most expensive price of 1 hundred sq.m land plot, and USD 500 – the cheapest price of 1 hundred sq.m land plot are suggested in the markets nowadays. 1, 2% decrease is observed in average sales price of commercial property and 1, 8% growth - rent prices in Baku. Quantity of nonresidential areas offered in markets has increased 7, 2% which is related with seasonal period. The average price of nonresidential area fell down to USD 3561 per square meter in comparison with USD 3605 in June in Baku. Despite price fluctuation decreased 1, 2% in comparison with the previous months and it increased 28, 6% as compared with early year. Increase was observed in average prices of nonresidential areas in markets of Garadagh, Narimanov, Binagadi, Azizabayov, Surakhani, Khatai and Yasamal districts, decrease – other districts of Baku. More increase of prices was in land market of Surakhani district. Price of 1 hundred sq.m land plot decreasing 3, 2% ranged USD 24 865 last month in Baku. © 2008 Bütün hüquqlar qorunur.
