"Armenia could have never seized Aghdam without aid of Russian Army and betrayal. Armenian leadership is engaged in illegal placement of Armenian people in occupied territories at present." This opinion was expressed in roundtable talk held under the title of "Aghdam under 15-year Armenian occupation".

The participants of the event adopted an appeal adressed to International Red Cross Committee, UN, Council of Europe, OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries. The aforesaidorganizations are called on to take determined steps for ensuring Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, return of Armenian-captivated Azerbaijani citizensduring Daqliq Qarabaq conflict./ANS TV/
