Milli Majlis (Parliament) held last meeting of the spring session today. The lawmakers ratified the draft agreements Azerbaijan signed with Moldova, Lithuania and Qatar on the cooperation in various fields. Then amendments to the laws on Constitutional Court, on the Courts and Judges and to the Land Code, as well as to the Law on the Municipal Territories and Lands have been approved by the parliamentarians.

A number of MPs proposed to apply to President Ilham Aliyev with regard to amnesty of the prisoner-journalists in the eve of Press Day on July 22. 

Today's meeting also focused on French Embassy's refusal to issue visas for Azerbaijani beach soccer team. MPs proposed investigation of the problem.
