Russian President Dmitry Medvedev presented the Order of Glory of the 2nd and 3rd degrees to Agadadash Samadov, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Agadadash Samadov on his order.
The two leaders had their photo taken together with the veteran.
