Specialized detention place will be built in Azerbaijan for prisoners addicted to drugs. Head of Anti-Torture Committee Elchin Behbudov told ANS PRESS that he sent application to Ministry of Justice on this purpose.

Penal Service  ofJustice Ministry informed today that they have passed a decision on construction of separate prison for drug addicts. State officials say they are seeking suitable site for detention place.
