"Russia and Azerbaijan have very strong economic ties. We are planning to raise annual trade turnover between two countries to USD 2 billion. We are already going towards achievement of this aim and this figure will stand at 2 billion an the end of year. This at the same time signals the potential is very great," Russian President said in negotations with participaton of other officials after one-on-one meeting with Azerbaiajni President.

Several documents were signed at the end of meeting held with participation of state officials of both countries. The Declaration signed by Presidents says the parties are satisifed with the activity of Commission on Delimitation and Demarcation of State Borders and hope for solution of all disputed questions and adoption of concluding document as a conclusion. The neccesity of expansion of cooperation on all fields was underlined in the declaration as well. The document also touches Daqliq Qarabaq problem.
