Lluís Maria de Puig, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), has visited northern regions of Azerbaijan today. The aim of the visit is to meet with national minorities residing in this part of the country, ANS PRESS anchor informs. PACE President first arrived in Gusar,  region with Lezgi minority. After,  Lluís Maria de Puig is expected to visit Jewish Krasnaya Sloboda settlement and synagogue in Guba region. PACE President will also visit mass grave of Azerbaijanis, killed in Azerbaijani Genocide committed by Armenians in 1918.
