Owner of “Baku-Kastel”, one of the biggest and modern companies of Azerbaijan changed. Russian “Butilka” company will become the new owner of “Baku-Kastel”. Russian company will own 90% share of Azerbaijani bewery after this buy and sale. The rest shares belong to Azerbaijani physical and legal persons.

The president of “Butilka” company Anton Artyemov told the company buys the Azerbaijani bewery for its advantageous business environment, opportuinities of further export of the bewery’s products to Georgia, Turkmenistan and south of Russia as well as favorable potentition of Azerbaijani market. The president of “Butilka” told the company will invest USD 20 million for the bewery.
