Crime / 20.12.2008 20:15 Jalilabad resident detained for selling narcotics in large amount
Criminal case has been launched against Jalal Huseynov under Article 234.4.3 of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
Jalilabad resident Jalal Huseynov engaged with selling of narcotics in large amount was detained. Thus as a result of the operative measures taken by the Interior Ministry Anti-Drug Office’s Southern Regional Department and Jalilabad region Police Office he was detained while selling one kilogram and 215 gram of heroin for 18000 dollars, press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs informed. Criminal case has been launched against J.Huseynov under Article 234.4.3 (Illegal purchase or storage with a view of selling, manufacturing, processing, transportation, transfer or selling of narcotics or psychotropic substances in large amount) of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
