An admission will be held for posts of judge in Azerbaijan again. As the Court-Legal Council told ANS PRESS, the decision was made in the meeting of the Council. During the meeting, it was proposed that candidates for the posts of judge should be selected under perfect transparent circumstances and with compliance of modern international requirements. It was decided to hold the next round of admission of applicants’ documents considering the current vacancies and needs. In the meantime, the meeting also focused on violations of legislative requirements by some judges and measures against such cases. /ANS PRESS/
