The water filled in the ship has been pumped.
The water filled in the Russian “Sarmat-1” ship which faced threat of sinking couple of days ago has been pumped from the vessel. The repair works have already begun. It is expected to finish in one week. The deputy chairman of the State Marine Administration Namig Aghamali told ANS TV that the initial versions was found to be true:"It is believed that the ship was filled by water and caused the destruction of electric equipment. It will take some time to fix them. We have decided to unload the cargo after thoroughly examining the vessel". “Sarmat-1” vessel was reported to face a danger of sinking on December 15. It was rescued by Azerbaijani ship some 30 miles (48 km) off the coast of the Bay of Dubendi. The ship was traveling to Anzali, Iran with 1750 tones of cargo./ANS TV/
