The issue related with whether Abu-Bakr Mosque will or not be opened will be publicized after investigations are finished. The Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Religious Organizations Hidayat Orujov told journalists. He underlined full unveiling of the criminal is an important side of the issue. “There are tens of mosques in Baku nowadays. And over 1750 mosques are functioning in Azerbaijan. But mosques never had blasts in mosques. Professions investigations are ongoing and the crime will be unveiled. The mosque is nobody’s property. The mosque had been constructed by foreign organizations and was left without control after they left our country. The results will be publicized after of the investigations are finished”. H.Orujov also noted people living around the Abu-Bakr mosque expressed their protest related with opening of it. “The citizens have applied to the State Committee as well as the President of the country related with the aforesaid issue. They underlined their trouble and threat for their life. The residents’ appeals will be answered after the investigations are finished concerning Abu-Bakr Mosque”. /Anar Mammadov/ANS PRESS/
