Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, said in his opening speech that a group of policemen had been awarded with high state honors by the presidential order for their services in the safeguarding the countries’ sovereignty, territorial integrity, ensuring the public security, fighting against the crime in the country.
