Azerbaijan will be represented by seven athletes at the tournament.
European Judo Championship is due to start in Zagreb, Croatia today. Azerbaijan will be represented by seven Judaists -5 men and 2 women athletes at the tournament attended by overall 42 countries. Among men, Samir Dadashzadeh (60 kg), Emil Hasanov (66 kg), Fuad Habibzadeh (73 kg), Rustam Alimli (81 kg) and Farid Babayev (+100 kg) will fight for models. As to women athletes, Ramila Usubova and Rabiyya Garayeva will represent the country in 60kg and 70 kg-weight categories, respectively.
