This step envisages improvements in state management structure.
In accordance with the order of President Ilham Aliyev, the State Committee on work with Diaspora is set up on the basis of the State Committee on work with the Azerbaijanis living abroad. The Cabinet of Ministers is commissioned to present to President of Azerbaijan the proposals on draft Regulations of the State Committee on work with Diaspora, its structure, the list of staff and the estimate of expenses within a month. According to the second another order, the State Committee under securities of Azerbaijan Republic is set up on the basis of the State Committee on securities under President of Azerbaijan Republic. Cabinet of Ministers is commissioned to present to President of Azerbaijan the proposals on draft Regulations of the State Committee under securities of Azerbaijan Republic, its structure, the list of staff and the estimate of expenses within a month. According to another order, the State Committee on Standardization, Meteorology and Patents of Azerbaijan Republic is set up on the basis of the State Agency on Standardization, Meteorology and Patents of Azerbaijan Republic.
