President Ilham Aliyev has signed order to give honorary titles to a group of TV employees in Azerbaijan Republic. Vice-President of ANS Group of Companies, well-known journalist Mir-shahin Agayev is one of those conferred to honorary title for his merits in the progress of television. Mir-shahin Agayev says he devotes his award to ANS.

Mir-shahin muallim, first of all, we congratulate you on the occasion! Whom did you first hear about the news?

It was some time ago. Vahid Mustafayev first told me about the news at the meeting of Creative Council. By the way, I congratulate President of ANS Group of Companies Vahid Mustafayev! By the order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic he is awarded with“Taraggi” (Progress) medal. As to me, I devote my award to ANS.

And how did you meet the news?
Normally.

Did you expect it?
There is no tradition of waiting in ANS. We expected the news. And this is a good news and I can say, I expected it from this viewpoint.

Frankly speaking, who has got more services here?

Certainly, this title is conferred to me – Mir-shahin, this means I have got services. But it was ANS who created me as journalist.

“Honored journalist”. What means it to you?

Confession of being assiduous and diligent.

What is “Honored journalist” to you and will there be any change or difference in your activity in future?

It is an honored title and President of our country has conferred it to me. As to any change or difference, I can say no, there will not be any of them. Because this activity has resulted in “Honored journalist”. This means this course should be continued.
