30 foreign Mass Media Appealed to CEC to cover presidential elections
92 representatives from 30 foreign mass media have appealed to Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan to cover the October 15 presidential elections.

Among them are representatives from Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, TRT, National TV, CTB, RTR Vesti, RTM (Radio Tele Mir), NTV(Russia), AlJazeera, Rustavi 2, Imedi TV channels, Associated Press, EPA, Frans Press, İTAR-TASS, Bloomberg, IRNA, Ihlas, Anadolu news agencies,  Profile Journal, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, El País newspapers. 

CEC has provided them with special election observer badges.
