President Ilham Aliyev viewed the 6 “MAN” and 31 “Daewoo” buses and gave respective recommendations to provide exemplary service to passengers.
President Ilham Aliyev saw the new buses at the Azadlig square delivered to Azerbaijan to improve road-transport infrastructure in Baku.
Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov briefed the Head of State about the new bus routes in Baku. To date, 200 - “Daewoo”, 40 - “MAN”, 20 - “MAZ” buses and 100 ones made in China and USA have been imported to Azerbaijan. In addition, over 100 medium-sized buses brought by private companies are operating in Baku. New buses are set to improve the quality of services and reduce traffic congestion in the capital.
