Status of Daqliq Qarabaq is the key question in settlement of Daqliq Qarabaq conflict which should be settled on the basis of self-determination of Daqliq Qarabaq population, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said during the meeting with foreign ministers Elmar Mammayarov (Azerbaijan)and Sergei Lavrov (Russia) in Bishkek. The Armenian minister commenting on the key aspects of the agreement concerning the regulation of Daqliq Qarabaq conflict said the main question is the status of Daqliq Qarabaq. E.Nalbandian answering to claims of some analysts that Armenia was in an unfavorable condition during the talks said “it’s nothing but an invention”. To him, more active talks will be held after the presidential elections finish in Azerbaijan.
