Patriotic Song Contest devoted to National Hero Chingiz Mustafayev has been summed up. The aim of contest, organized by Chingiz Mustafayev and ANS CM radio, is not only to define the author of best patriotic song, but also to encourage broadcast of such kind of songs on the air. 52 songs have been presented to the contest this year and 3 winners were selected. Department head of ANS CM radio Ayten Zeynalova says 476 songs were presented and 15 winners selected within 4 years, since the commencement of first contest. Most of songs presented this year are in rock genre.

Patriotic Song Contest has been held for 4 years. The main condition in the contest is that songs must be new, and not aited in TV or radio. The winners of contest are traditionally announced on Auguts 20, birthday of Chingiz Mustafayev. Winner of first place will be awarded AZN 500, second place AZN 300, and third place AZN 200. /ANS PRESS/
