There are problems in the sale of apartments in multi-storey buildings. The experts say there are great demand, but not everyone is able to buy apartment. Per square meters in new apartment buildings costs over AZN 500 in Baku at present. New buildings are built in Baku more than other regions of Azerbaijan. Nusrat Ibrahimov, director of MBA consulting center, says more than 500 buildings are under construction at present. He says that although supply exceeds demand in the market, a great part of population needs appartment. But their earnings don't let them buy apartment. /ANS TV/
