Rasulov Emin Aydin, 24, has been detained in connection with the explosion happened in Abu Bakr mosque in Narimanov District at 20.50 on August 17. Assistant Prosecutor of Baku Ramiz Rzayev infomed that the house he rented in Baku had been searched and books on stirring up national, social and religious enmity and insulting national dignity found.

Emin Rasulov faced charges under article 283.1 (the actions directed on excitation of national, racial or religious hostility, humiliation of national advantage) of the Criminal Code. Sabayel District Court passed decision on arresting him. Rasulov’s participation in Abu Bakr mosque explosion is being investigated. /APA/
