Russia-Georgia exchange prisoners of war
Georgia handed over five Russian prisoners of war and received 15 people in exchange.

Exchange of prisoners of war took place at the check point arranged by the Russian militaries in Igoeti village (at 40 km of Tbilisi). Novosti-Gruzuya reporter informed from the site that Georgia handed over five Russian prisoners of war and received 15 people in exchange. A total of 13 of them are military men and two are civilians.

There are wounded people amongst the Georgian prisoners of war and they were kept in Vladikavkaz and Tskhinvali so far.
