They demanded 1 million roubles for release.
Employees of the law enforcement bodies of Russia have detained 4 men out of occupation who are supposed of kidnapping, Ria Novosti referring to sources in law enforcement bodies of Moscow informed. Investigation is of opinion that the men detained yesterday kidnapped the citizen of Azerbaijan and kept him two days in a flat they had rented and demanded 1 million roubles for release. The sufferer was released. Criminal case on Article 126 CC (kidnapping)has been launched on the fact.
