Armenian Forces violated cease-fire again
No casualties are reported.

Armenian Forces violated cease-fire on August 19. Units of the Armenian Army in unnamed heights of Armenians occupied Azerbaijani Khojavand and Fuzuli regions shelled at opposite positions of Azerbaijani Army from 00:05 till 00:40. Armenian army also fired at Yusifjanli and Marzili villages of Aghdam region of Azerbaijan, from 06:35 till 06:43. No casualties are reported.
