The commissioner said CoE is dissatisfied with implementation of resolution on March events.
Thimas Hammerberg, Human Rights Commissioner of Council of Europe (CoE), gave statement about results of his Armenia visit. The commissioner said CoE is dissatisfied with implementation of resolution on March events. Armenian authorities must double their efforts for elimination of shortages mentioned in the resolution. The commissioner said the course of court process on March events and absence of interest in bringing true criminals into criminal account dissatisfies the CoE as well. Hammerberg proposed establishment of special commission comprising European parliamentarians for observing the trial./ANS TV/
