Azerbaijani President received Thursday Karel Schwarzenberg, Czech foreign minister. The Head of state said th relations between two countries were at a good level. Touching the two countries' cooperation at regional an international levels, President Aliyev noted the importance of Czech Republic in GUAM summit in Batumi. Head of state stressed there are good prospects for bilateral cooperation and expressed confidence for contribution of this visit to expansion of relations.

Karel Schwarzenberg said he was the first Czech Foreign Minister to pay a visit to Azerbaijan. He noted the successful development of bilateral relations, and existence of great opportunities for promotion of cooperation in future./ANS PRESS/
