Belarusian health officials say more than 50 people have been injured in a bomb explosion at an outdoor concert in the capital Minsk.
The blast took place before dawn Friday at a downtown concert celebrating the country's independence day. The concert was held at the Hero City memorial, which commemorates Minsk's suffering during World War II.
A Health Ministry official said an explosive device went off about 3 a.m. No arrests have been reported and Interior Ministry officials could not be reached for comment.
