President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Luis Maria de Puig said.
The co-rapporteur of PACE Monitoring Committee, the Estonian deputy Andreas Herkel is appointed head of monitoring mission of PACE in presidential elections in Azerbaijan. President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Luis Maria de Puig, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan told to the press conference in Baku. He also told if the situation in the country is not changed and the problem of political prisoners is not released from agenda till September,PACE's September session can review the issue about appointment of special rapporteur on political prisoners in Azerbaijan.
