Self-proclaimed DQR plans to populate occupied territories
“Prime minister” of so-called Daqliq Qarabaq Republic informed.

Self-proclaimed Daqliq Qarabaq Republic’s government plans to populate occupied Asgeran and Lachin regions of Azerbaijan, Regnum News Agency informs.

“Prime minister” Ara Arutunyan introduced Bagram Bagdarasyan and Kamo Martirosyan, newly-elected “heads” of Asgeran and Lachin regions, respectively, to local committees and heads of communities.

While introducing Kamo Martirosyan, former head of Migration, Refugees and Settlement Office, Arutunyan said that the appointment of new personnel is due to attract more attention to regions. He stressed that settlement of such important regions as Asgeran and Lachin  by Armenians is crucial for economic development.
