ECHR to consider appeal of ex-minister
Ali Insanov's lawyer told informed ANS PRESS.

Appeal of Ali Insanov, ex-health minister, to the European Court of Human Rights has been taken into consideration, lawyer of Insanov Toqrul Babayev told ANS PRESS. He said the letter sent by the ECHR reads so.
